With soothing harmonious sounds and frequencies along with some voice prompts, you are guided into a meditative, open state. These Sound Baths help to regulate the nervous system, bring calm, and bring some fun to your weekend. With the new vibes you have to put out into the world, this experience extends beyond the small group attending, and out into the community! Signature Salt and Sound Baths are exclusive events with limited space.

In today's world, wellbeing can feel elusive for women leaders, possibly even more than rest does. But here's the thing... It doesn't have to be this way. Rest is possible. Rather, it's necessary for what we want to achieve. Better yet: Rest is your right. Through reflection, discussion, and co-creation, you will leave with strategies and
resources to face burnout and begin creating a more joyful life. THE RENEWAL ROOM is an interactive retreat that lasts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pen and paper for note taking and reflection. In order to ensure all material will be covered, this event is an exclusive class with limited space.

Most of the Sound Baths that Health In Harmony hosts have both general admission and VIP admission (this does not apply to Signature Salt and Sound Baths). If you chose to book a VIP spot, please remember to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the Sound Bath. In those 30 extra minutes, Laura will help guide you in setting your intentions, and a complimentary tea service. Booking a VIP slot will entitle you to the following:
* Bolsters, Eye Pillows, Blankets, Pillows, and Eye Masks - For your comfort!
* Far Infrared Mat - Used for heat and pain reduction!
* Negative Ion Technology - Great for mood boosting!
* Cushioned Area - Made for you!
* Tea and Intention Time - So you get the most out of your Sound Bath!
General admission is simply the paid amount required in order to attend Sound Baths. Clients who choose general admission should bring their own yoga mats, pillows, blankets, eye masks, or whatever they may need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for an hour!
Some months are harder than others. Whether it's changing seasons, or back to school, it can be very helpful to have someone to guide and prepare you for the new changes. You can get exactly that with our Sound Bath Of The Month! Laura Lasater, LMT, CSP, starts with some movement and breath prompts. The soothing, harmonious, and restorative tones guide you into a meditative state. These immersive sessions promote healing and stress relief, both of which aid in restoring balance to the nervous system. Making way for a calmer, more focused, and rejuvenated you! The Sound Baths Of The Month are exclusive events with limited spaces. Both VIP and General Admission spots are included.

Outside of our Sound Baths Of The Month and our Signature Salt and Sound Baths, Health In Harmony offers a variety of specialized Sound Baths. These Sound Baths have a different theme and vibe depending on the month and which sound bath it is. These Sound Baths are a safe space to listen to your body, mind, and spirit, and their balance together. They are exclusive events with limited space.
